Once the order is confirmed, Nyutam will cancel & refund only in the below cases –
- If you received a damaged product.
- In case of the missing product.
- If the product is spoiled.
- Products have expired by the time of delivery.
- In the above cases, Nyutam needs to be notified of the damaged product within 3 days from the delivery date via email, WhatsApp & Call…email@example.com, +91 9728309588
- In the case of Refund/Return, you need to provide an order number, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the internal item to be sent.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
After that, we will take the appropriate action & provide you with a solution within 24 to 48 hours.
Your refund will be transferred to your bank account within 24 hours after the refund is accepted.
